Teacher Leaves Gun?

There seems to be something bigger here.

On Sunday, 8/12/18, a teacher of MSD Highschool left a gun in a public bathroom. The gun was later found and discharged by someone else. The real topic of this post is how all the major media outlets have almost the exact same, and possibly misleading, title to their recounting of events.

All the same

Parkland teacher arrested for leaving loaded gun in a public bathroom: report

Parkland teacher leaves loaded gun in public bathroom

BBC

Parkland teacher arrested after leaving gun in public lavatory

Miami Herald

This Parkland teacher left his gun in a public bathroom. It was loaded, BSO says.

Newsweek

PARKLAND TEACHER ARRESTED AFTER LEAVING LOADED GUN IN PUBLIC BATHROOM

All a bit similar right? To play devil's advocate here, I recognize that there are only so many ways to rephrase a single thing, but most of these are virtually identical.

Misleading

The fact that they specifically mention that this is a Parkland teacher gives me pause. If it were a teacher from Sleepy Hollow, New York, you wouldn't see people, outside of local news outlets, name-dropping the location. I think it is fair to say that the fact that the location is prominently featured is a sign that they are serving an agenda with this story.

Additionally, if you didn't read the article, you would think he left it in the school. After all, why is his location relevant otherwise? The real story is that he was as a sports event and set his CCW on a table inside the bathroom.

Conspiracy

What CCW'er would ever do this? I know nobody who would ever even take their gun out of their pants unless they plan on shooting it. With the exception of sleep and showers, it's inside their waistband, safe and snug. There is also so much more pressure on him to not screw up with his gun since he is a Parkland teacher. Either this dude is a massive idiot, or there is more going on behind the scenes than we know about. There is plenty of motive to engineer such an event. This counts at least the 2nd "teacher and gun" story I've seen since the conversation around teachers packing heat became serious.

Very tricky, all of those headlines had me thinking that the parkland teacher left the gun in the school bathroom.

I really think that was the case, or it should have been caught by an editor before going out

Mistakes can be made by anyone. That being said, government employees make this mistake quite often.

if only they were arrested in the same way a civi is for the same infraction

Oh yeah, don’t hold your breath for that.

I'd most definitely die if that were the case

@roofcore great post, sir! I personally believe that there's no way the Parkland shooting wasn't orchestrated to some degree. Teachers saying they saw police shooting. Multiple students saying multiple shooters. The police had visited Cruz' home 29 times? He passed a FBI background check? And so much more that makes this whole thing stink. That said, any "occurrence", especially ones of a more trivial nature could in all likelihood be just as contrived. The scariest part, it almost doesn't even matter whether or not the incident even occurred with this teacher. They want to create more gun hysteria, push more gun control via the media, scare people from conceal carry... They just squirt their squid ink and who cares if it even happened, right? The headlines are published and already out in the ether of the public consciousness, no accountability, no questions asked...

I try to be as skeptical as possible. I wouldn't go so far as to say that it was orchestrated, but you are 100% right that the entire thing is really fishy. At very least overwhelming negligence took place on many levels in many organizations. It's hard to believe that that many people in various positions in LE could have all dropped the ball when it came to this kid. He made no effort to hide his intentions and everyone knew about him.

This gets me the same way Vegas does. Too many improbable event lining up and somehow we are told to stick our heads in the sand and wonder what early warnings were there.

I respect that. And I agree, I wasn't there, I definitely don't know so what you offer is for sure possible when you say maybe it's negligence. And that's the thing with Vegas and other shootings, I just really didn't do any research in regards to those lol so I really don't know about those... Though in this case, like you said, it's just the more you look into Parkland, the more things don't add up but all this crap is endless, so many false flags have already happened, you could become a historian on false flags and dedicate your whole life to studying them...

I mean would I be surprised if this was set up or at least willfully allowed to happen? Nope.

9/11, Vegas, they all sort of have the same stink. There are things that simply do not make sense, but the government narrative ignores or gives terrible explanations of them.

Some people might think we are crazy, but I'd say that not trusting the story of an organization which has been caught lying to us in the past is the least crazy thing to do.
