Hey, I got that repair book. It doesn't have any diagrams but has instructions and for the torque for those pan bolts it lists the torque for the two different size bolts. one type of bolt it has 80 and the other says 18.
So I'm assuming the 80 means inch pounds so 12 divided into 80 is 6.66 ft lbs.
The 18 I'm assuming is 18 ft lbs which kind of surprised me because they bolt isn't that much bigger than the regular pan bolts.
Does that sound right though? You already found the regular bolt torque which is basically 7 ft lbs so that is verified.

Glad you got the book! It should tell you the range in; ft pounds, or inch pounds, or oz inches.
The diagram is a treasure, and I am glad you have it! There will be a torque definition in chapter one.
