Worldwide expansion looks inevitable. The canary in the cage are small countries (eg Britain & Japan), more sizeable countries have large geographical areas on their side, which limits monitoring infrastructure. For those, the cities will be the centres of concentration/monitoring.
Hi buddy!!!!! Agreed. All the "Opportunity Zones" here in the US are in cities. Everyone will be driven into them at some point per Sustainable development goals. This will be more difficult is a country like ours. Smaller countries without a constitution protecting folks will be first. I do believe, however, they train AI using data, images and video footage from all over the world. It will become one system and - One Spider Web- well trained regarding all of us.
