Covertly collected DNA data? Now that souds insidious straight away.
The link above didn't work, but i found another.... that said the Police Force Investigators "later sought the services of a company that specializes in DNA phenotyping". So in other words, it was outsourced to a third party.
I think quite a few people are awake to this DNA thing, but the majority are probably NOT...
I checked the link. Works fine for me. hmmm...
This whole thing makes me nervous. Just like the facial recognition pick ups we were talking about before. Abuse opportunity here I think.

Howdy squirrelbait! wow they're going after that guy on a partial dna thing, that's scary. Yeah I don't know how much I trust the dna stuff, like you said when someone says dna we assume it proven scientifically.
Hey have you looked at using esteem?
Looks to me like eSteem is an App and is something that is downloaded/installed. I'm not interested in doing that. Besides, the two blogs I have take up enough of my time ( Steemit and Weku).

howdy squirrelbait! well at the moment you have to download esteem but soon they will be webbased. The reason I suggested it is because they have a super slick platform and many people think that if steemit is dissolved it will continue right on through platforms like esteem.
It's very fast and easy and gives you an upvote on your posts which is about 65 cents which is amazing seeing as it's free.
I'll keep an eye on it then. Maybe in the future. I have a rep of 63 in WEKU already.
I have a rep of zero in weku. lol. I've thought about it and it makes sense for some members to have alternatives set up like you do, I just don't know anything about the token and if it will last. In other words, even more of a gamble than steemit. But in 6 months I bet we'll have a much better idea about crypto and these platforms.
All I can say is it's a good thing I am not depending on it.
yeah I hope it turns out to be tremendously successful. well if steem collapses and steemit or whatever the platform is called collapses I may have to join where the majority of ya'll did just to be able to keep harrassing you!
