He stated they had not tested him, and AFA I could tell, they agreed they had not.

He wasn't wrong about his right to not submit to injection absent a judge's order. This was an abusive forced reduction of his body to their possession - otherwise known as slavery.

I reckon the lawful punishment for enslaving a human being should be capital.
