I need another account on Hive for testing purposes and decided to try your account creation tool on INJI for the first time. I went through the initial steps, sent the HIVE, and a popup appeared with a countdown timer on it. Before the timer reached zero, I moved my laptop and the popup inadvertently closed. Prematurely closing the popup must have aborted the process (?), as an hour-and-a-half has passed and the account is not yet created. Would you please refund my HIVE so I can try again? Thank you! @therealwolf

Hey, so the popup is there to buy Credits, which you then can use afterwards to create the account. Can you check if you have enough Credits? Otherwise I'll refund it of course.

I understand that, and I bought credits on the popup (see transaction linked, above). When the Credit were showing, I clicked "NEXT," and that's when the process hung.

Since the process hung and no account was created, may I get a refund, please? Thanks!

Of course! Refund was sent. Though I tested it myself and account creation worked fine. But it could have failed due to Hive nodes being a bit wonky recently.

Yes, it certainly could have been a node issue! No problem, I will definitely give INJI another try sometime. THANK YOU! 🙂
