Brian, I so hope that someday soon people actually start to do this. (It's funny playing this out in my head.) I think it may only take one person standing up and saying something like "Hey that badge doesn't give you the right to infringe on her right's. That's an assault on all of use." It just might break whatever spell is over the people standing around. Just imagine the shear look of terror that would befall the uniformed bully. Once he realized that his little badge's magic powers have failed him. I so want to see that...

I want you guys to watch this video, I was in the street with those guys during the Egyptian revolution, and some people got shot by the police and all of a sudden this brave guy jumped on the police car and took the gun and u can see how this made everyone not afraid, just one guy led everyone to attak, I know it's different, but only if we know how to stand for our rights.
I've done this many times, galvanize the people in the face of injustice. It hasn't always turned out good for me. Usually the sheeple don't join in like these folks because where I live people are just not sick enough. This vid made me think of another hero, he stood up on his own... and then was never heard of again.
This is really sad, all these people had a chance to do something against injustice as a group of citizens. I didn't know about any of this incident until this post. The fact that nobody addresses the hypnotized sheep mentality instead of empathizing with the woman to see that any or all of the people there could be treated that way, it is a glaring flaw in society and trained behavior. This has to stop.
Operant conditioning? It's a school board meeting. Lots of "conditioners" in the room. They've been conditioned to condition others. It does not surprise me that they just sat there. So you say, "really sad", and you are really right! We should all examine what condition our condition is in often. Isn't that a Kenny Rogers/First Dimension song?
Whatever it takes to stay awake and aware in every situation, conditioned or not. It's definitely easier to just allow it all to happen like slowly falling asleep. Deep inside all those people know that what is happening is wrong, it's not happening to them so it doesn't concern them, but it does concern them.
The that fact that people know messing with the police could get you arrested even if you are right makes them turn their faces away and don't say anything, it's very obvious that the people are not agreeing and they don't want her to get arrested, but since they know that the same thing could happen to anyone of them makes them ignore the whole thing and act normal.
So the incident itself is a proof that everyone is afraid of the misuse of police, so they don't even talk about it which shows how coward people are
If this guy who arrested her wasn't a police member, but just a normal guy with a gun, maybe we would have seen someone helping her, but you know why, because he knows tgat everyone will consider him a hero, but she being arrested by a police officer, if anyone intervenes he will be guilty.
People are slaved by the authorities and deep in their minds they know that, they know they can't protect themselves or those who they love, soy they just hope they are not the ones who get arrested
Thanks for your good video highlighting this injustice and public complacency in the face of it. I saw this on my Facebook feed earlier today, and the fact she gets arrested for stating the obvious truth should have everybody, regardless of ones political inclinations, concerned, as we should all be asking "what is the point of our education system if not to learn to speak truth to power and make the world a better place by exposing injustice and outright wrongs?" Our teachers are our lifeblood and they are consistently getting mistreated and underpaid. The US needs a complete revamp in priorities. War needs to become a thing of the past and We The People need to come together against the corruption and misuse of power by shady politicians and their protectors in uniform.

Wow! That pic at the end of 30K Militia standing against that small number of feds was telling. This is the first I've heard of this but I turned the news off long ago. Wow, talk about draconian. Can't even speak proper and peacefully, if you are pointing out the inconsistencies of anyone with a little bit of authority, without being threatened and caged. My wife and I saw this on the news the other morning. We were both disgusted at the abuse of power or the entitlement those council members of this school board think they have. Instead of answering a question from not only a taxpayer but a teacher they tried to shut her up and then removed. Bullshit. They work for us not the other way around. This type of thinking by so called government is not that of an AMERICAN ideal. We rule them! They work for US! THEY WILL HEAR US!
I saw this on the news this morning. In our trumpian government of 'shut the hell up and do as you're told', I'm afraid that these occurrences are going to become more and more frequent, as we go deeper down the path of authoritarianism. Do NOT go quietly into that dark night, my friends!

People have been conditioned for GENERATIONS to obey authority. It will be a long, hard process to make them stand up and get the power back which we GAVE them by consenting. As Larken Rose says, we are millions and still we are being controlled by just a few goons. How sad.
Here's the thing, its easy to be evil.... just ask an actor. Ultimately, we could all just internalize 'screw it' and grab a knife or a gun. The point is people WANT to be good to their fellows in society, and prove it every day by not going postal. We just have to now move forward by voicing what is unacceptable. This video shows how we are played by not saying no. Its the same as the people behind the speaker so popular in news shots today. If you are not descenting, you might as well be standing behind the cop.
The people with any power now have changed the rules. They are making life for the average worker more difficult by cutting jobs at the 'pointy end' rather than cutting middle management, and ignoring those that question the legality of changes without consultation. After letting wages stagnate to the point no-one wants to loose their job and therefore their house, they expect most people to either fall in line or shut up.
At the very least, we should applaud an officer when stopping a thief and boo the officer when making an unjust decision. The point is, the common law is all about what society thinks is reasonable. If you do not object, they may decide acquiescence is the new norm.
That's why the police never arrest pot protesters when there are 50 thousand of us at the global marijuana march. Police don't because they fear us in great numbers. When it's you alone on a dark road at night you are in trouble. When there thousands of people who feel wronged by the law it's the police who should be afraid
I could not agree more. We are seeing this more and more.
My question is: Is this oppression happening more often or is it just more visible since we all have a camera on us at all times? I think it has been happening this whole time and we are just in a position to capture the evidence now.
Unfortunately most people are sheep and what happened to this lady and Nurse Alex Wubbles will continue to happen until society as a whole grows a spine again and gets sick of being treated like slaves.

It has always been there, you are correct. But being exposed doesn't mean that it will stop. People get shot live on Facebook Live, even though the police are aware that they are being filmed.
I guess the greater question is, how and when will justice serve the people, the community, the hard workers of there country, and not only serve those who are unjust and actually break the law while they serve the law at the same time?
I like where you're going here, it's a type of classism, where every person wearing a specific garment has a higher authority just by his/her looks. And yes, it is quite disturbing that nobody stood up, just before you said it, I also thought why nobody is saying something and why nobody is helping her although she is speaking on behalf a of all the participants. But what nobody is talking about is that the school board has enough authority to shut her up and let her be removed by the school officer.
But clearly, isn't the the school officer just doing his job? I mean, he sure is misusing his force, but only in a descent way. Shouldn't we be talking about the ones in the upper echelons (the school board) who have enough power, while the peasants are doing what they are told? As I stated before, the guy is just doing his job because he is forced to do so - he has to follow and obey what he's told, because he gets paid for it. Maybe there are even disciplinary procedures taken and he is the one with the short lever, not the school board.

Brian I think the sheep either need an injustice carried out on them personally or a good friend for them to even slightly wake up. I personally had OSHA come to my business in 2008 when the bakers got bailed out, Our family business was $500,000 in debt and OSHA came in and fined us ORIGINALLY $30,000 which they let you "negotiate down to $20,000 to make you feel your are not being fucked.
I told the 2 OSHA agents 5 inches from there face that they were nothing but SCUM of the EARTH MAFIA and if they had any MORALS they should QUIT there positions. That shakedown on my FAMILY created the NEW ME. I woke up kinda at 9/11 but got sucked back into to sheepdon after being IGNORED by all my friends and family when I tried to tell them there is lots of strange things. No one wanted to hear.
But OSHA, I TOLD those motherfuckers what scum they were as they scurried off with my families hard earned money. I was working at least 6 days a week at the time making fucking $30k, it was DEVASTATING coming to the realization we were just ROBBED by the government, little did I know that was the tip of the iceberg.
