It was tough to feel the time pressure building and concluding that more work needed to happen. I was a bit bummed out. If anything, I have learned my lesson to have a backup to my backup and to assess quicker if something will take more time than I have.
But what are these boots about?
Have you ever played Heroes of Might and Magic? It is an RPG game about, well, you guessed it, heroes, might, and magic, of course! You can become a powerful lord who builds castles, conquers the world, and builds armies filled with magical creatures. Sometimes, as you explore the land around you, you come across various artifacts. These artifacts grant you special powers. So, that is where my inspiration for my <em<alchemist boots came from.
What powers will the wearer gain after putting these on? Imagine you are on the battlefield. You cast some spells that mysteriously appeared in your spell book after you put your new, flashy boots on! Suddenly, through the field, in the direction of your enemy, innocent-looking, purple tiny flowers start sprouting. As the enemy forces make their way to you, they are engulfed in a mist of a strange glow. The fog begins to drain their life force, and some fall asleep from exhaustion. Muahahaha!

those boots were made for floating, and that's just what they do.
They float to you when called upon?! Haha!
not sure about that, but they are clearly not made for simple walking!
Looks to me like a better replacement for the official art of the Boots of Elvenkind from Dungeons & Dragons.
