Miss Baldy? Bet you've had enough of his cuteness, you're gonna explode.
My 12th day doing Inktober the digital way -- against the official rules. I have decided to use a little idea from like Alice in Wonderland. Or just steal their character from that And make it my own? (I suppose you call that fan fiction at this point, haha)
But enough of pre-post explanations.
Let's begin with the routine process steps.
Process
Part 1 - Demonic Draft
Well, you've seen part 1. The veeeeery messy draft at the top lol. I guess having clocks placed all around was perhaps easy enough to understand? Thoooough. There's a bit of a question mark you can raise on this:
I'd just call it an attempted demon.
Part 2 - Night-Clear Ink
Now you get to see the creatures in more solid lineart.
Oh, yes, the demon is no longer a demon. It is an owl, the rabbit's demon
Part 3 - Flower Shade
Instead of coloring around today, I now think of shading, not with gradients or shades (of grey). I think of @veryspider and @corinneiskorean as I begin to do
crosshatching
my typical slanted lines
some flower bed of mess
AND
- digitally assisted spaced out dots
Final Result?
It became something I was rather pleased with. If only I had shaded the 2 rabbits at the top and done something with the background!
Video Process
That's all, folks!
Was enjoyable once I got into it a bit more, but just not something I had the time to go further into lol.
And for your reference, here's a video for your viewing pleasure! :)

Ahaha, lol what? Is that actually a thing? I have nooo idea, haha!
Oh I love that you are doing an Alice in Wonderland theme for the CLOCK prompt, Russell :D It is one of my favourite childhood stories :D And really cool composition also :)
Good job with the crosshatching as well :D :D :D
Thanks thanks! xD
Was fun trying to go for a different composition!
And wouldn't have thought of doing crosshatches more properly, if it weren't for your posts! :)
