You would also have saved me some time by giving some information. Would you put the importance of your time over any other's?
But your answer in discord ('Some tickets take longer than others so there’s no linear answer') tells me that there is no answer to have, which strikes me as very bad business practice... But at least this gives me some clarity, like not really counting on my HBD you hold. So no need to ping you anymore (which you could have had from the start).
