Again a month (and year) has passed. Let me show you how my portfolio did.
Market update
December was an appropriate end to the bullish year 2024. We saw a new ATH for Bitcoin at $108,000 mid month and a slight correction after that. Because of the correction the total market cap of cryptocurrencies went slightly down from 3.43 tn to 3.26 tn. In the grand scheme of things, that's still pretty high of course. Bitcoin dominance went up from 56.1% to 56.7%.
Looking at the prices of the individual currencies, Bitcoin went down from $97,000 to $93,250 this month. The price of Ethereum went down as well from $3,700 to $3,330.
Current Portfolio
Instead of investing more money in Bitcoin and Ethereum, I chose to sell off a bit more. I was quite lucky to have a sell order at $107,500, so pretty close under the new all time high. As a result, my overall portfolio value is about the same as one month ago, but much more into fiat and stablecoins. Hence my portfolio shifted away from BTC. My personal BTC "dominance" is down from 34.2% to 19.3%.
In total I have invested €2,600 in Ethereum and Bitcoin, so I'm at a €31,950 overall profit. €13,300 of that profit is realised e.g. cashed out. Quite happy with that!
I managed to steadily increase my Hive Power holdings from 12,064 to 12,274 HP. The highest amount ever!
Will we see many more new all time highs for Bitcoin? Are we entering altcoin season? Or has the market topped already and will we see a bloodbath in 2025? We'll find out in the coming recaps.

are these your holdings?
Yes, they are
👌 👏 😍
Please clarify one thing for me, are those balances of your coin holdings shown in Euros and the indication of point shows that they are 32 euros in total or I'm getting all this in the wrong interpretation?
In Europe, we use the point and commas the other way around. The . is in between the thousands and the , is in between the whole number and the decimals. So it's just over €34k in total
Thanks for the clarification @erikklok
