Want to find happiness and inner peace? Someone who has found inner peace will feel the alignment, emotional well-being, and happy life, even if it has to deal with problems (finances, relationships, loss, etc.) All of these things you can experience by learning to accept yourself and the circumstances around you, live consciously, and meditate.

Determine your life purpose. Dreams and desires make us more receptive to ourselves. Set personal goals for yourself and try to achieve them every day. For example: lose weight, apply a healthy diet, exercise more often, have a new hobby (learn to play a musical instrument, for example), or watch less TV. Pay attention also to your daily life whether your activities are in harmony with your goals and values.
Turn negative traits into positive traits to make yourself more receptive. For example, if you feel that your body is not tall, you may have a tendency to accept yourself for what it is. Learn to accept yourself by looking for meaning from your height. What is the meaning or purpose? Is it at this height, you are more likely to do activities that can not be done by people who body higher? What benefits do you get because your body is less tall?
