If you can't solve for whom to vote during the next elections, then in the near future the robot equipped with artificial intelligence can already come to the rescue of you. His prototype by the name of Nigel is developed by specialists of the Kimera company which is headed by its founder Moneer Shita.
Creators of Nigel characterize him as "first-ever person with artificial intelligence". The robot still is at an early stage of development. According to Shit, within the next year developers plan to teach Nigel to write and read at the level of the pupil of elementary school.
In the course of communication with the interlocutor the robot tries to find out his purposes and how really he can reach them. At the same time Nigel prompts that needs to be made for their achievement. He gradually begins to realize needs of people and understands an algorithm of their activity. It means that in the future the robot will be able independently to operate, without "hints".
According to Mr. Shit, in farther prospect Nigel will be able to take part also in political life. As AI having access to huge volumes of information to brainwash much more difficultly, he has an opportunity to give an objective assessment to the candidate for an elective office and to express the opinion on him to the interlocutor.

I think letting a robot vote for you is a bit dangerous. It could be programmed to vote for whatever candidate who paid more to the creators of the robot (((secretly))). :/
Decentralization of AI is what we all need, other than that you're right the authorities holding control of AI could exploit it for personal favors. Though it is fairly smart that a robot is able to vote, it is unlikely that it'll be allowed to do so.
I think we will find AI manifesting in many areas we don't expect. The future becomes more difficult to predict with each passing year.
Cool and interesting post! Love this kind of info!
I can't wait for the day when someone places me in a bed and connectes wires to my brain so that I never need to do, feel or experience anything or anyone myself again
