I've known a fisrherman who was loving, caring, patient, loyal, industrious and a Believer of God. He had two children, a girl the eldest and a boy. He woke up 3am of dawn just to prepred himself in sailing with his small boat. He didn't mind how bad the weather will be. Rain or shine he went on fishing. In the middle of the sea, while waiting for a catch, he kept on thinking the good future of his family especially to his two children. He's dreaming that someday his children will become professionals and have a good living. He was thinking of becoming them a teachers. Teacher because that was his dream to be when he was still young but unfortunately his parents couldn't afford to sent him in school. This dream would be his inspiration to go on. I've never seen him getting tired even in a single day. Many years went by. And now he is reaping his sacrifices before. His two children really become teachers.
The man i was talking was my beloved father. Thank you Papa for all the sacrifices you've done for us. All the things, the kind of living i had enjoying now was because of you. You're my idol.The best Papa in the world.
And I am the eldest child. Currently i was teaching in a public school.
He is my youngest brother and also a teacher now somewhere in and Island school.
They were our parents whom we awe our life. We love you both.
Before we're living in a small nipa hut where there's no electricity but now we made a little renovation of it. My father will never went on fishing again. Right now he had a small business, a "dried sea cocumber" to be exported.Here are some pictures i took.
