Life can be a busy and confuddling affair and once you commit to self-introspection things can get complicated in no time at all. The path of self inquiry and spirituality is challenging and there is much conflicting information out there. These days I only gravitate to what resonates with me. I do not feel it necessary or helpful to overthink things and try to keep it simple with the realisation that reality is fluid and transient. I love and laugh alot xox
