If someone asked you, who the greatest boxer of all time is ..
well, you would say Muhammad Ali for being the most graceful and political , or even Mayweather for being undefeated throughout.
But, the title for the baddest, most ferocious and feared fighter of all time goes to MIKE TYSON.
{Anyways ,the reason I am writing this article about this specific specimen of hooman is as i said in my first post bout myself ,I write about whatever I find is interesting or if i discover anything new.}
So, we all know this hooman for.. being a very feared fighter, and i happened to be spending my leisure time watching some movies i had piled up, i noticed Mike Tyson making a lot of appearances in these movies(FYI i was watching The Hangover series, and the moved on to IP man which i always wanted to watch but never had the time to =/ )
{ btw ,he looks super chill and kewl in The Hangover LoL}
Anyways, while watching IP man.. I was mesmerized by his movements, the pure power and vigor the man had in his moves was astonishing to see in the least, i was hooked, and when i get hooked i like to know a bit more bout the subject =P ( >.< so i stalked him a bit... on the internet)
And Boy!.. was i amazed to find his workout and training regime,It is almost inhumane for me{So, i had to share it with y'all}
lemme make a summary of his Calisthenics (this is just the exercises and does not include the various other jogging, sparring and mental training 0.0 ) : 500 dips
500 pushups
500 shoulder shrugs
2,000 sit ups
30 minutes of neck bridges
And here I am finding i hard enough trying to motivate myself to try to go to the gym, I mean look at that neck >.> ,that's like.... what even 0.o
Here is a man, who didn't just get good genes, to go on to be the champ, but one that worked hard for it
Anyways, And here's our quote for today by Mike Tyson himself =3
"I'm a dreamer. I have to dream and reach for the stars, and if I miss a star then I grab a handful of clouds."
So.... inspiring! rite? *.*
He happens to reigned as the undisputed world heavyweight champion and holds the record as the youngest boxer to win a heavyweight title at 20 years, four months and 22 days old.
The well known "The Baddest Man on the Planet" owes his successful career as a professional boxer in the effort he put to make it work, and I hope this quote inspires you in your ventures into the unknown (in my case werking out ;P)
P.S.
This regime is my goal now, I'm starting today itself(before I start to loose motivation and start think that it's not worth it)
Aiming for that dream bod, will keep updated on progress, hopefully ill be able to at least make it to 100 at least =P
and also if there's something wrong in the way in writing these posts, or a way i can improve pls let me know
tenks in advance :3
