As 2017 draws to a close and 2018 comes upon us I am becoming increasingly reflective on the past year, and hopeful for the upcoming year. I pray that everyone out there is making their own resolutions and plans to create the most joyful and rewarding New Year.
Here are 12 tips to make the New Year as happy as possible.
- If it feels wrong, don’t do it.
- Say exactly what you mean.
- Don’t be a people pleaser.
- Trust your instincts.
- Never speak bad about yourself.
- Never give up on your dreams.
- Don’t be afraid to say no.
- Don’t be afraid to say yes.
- Be kind to yourself.
- Let go of what you can’t control.
- Stay away from drama and negativity.
- Love freely.
Peace, joy and love to you all.

Nicely written post
I agree with number two completely
When you try to please people you may not even know when you are falling into a ditch
Thanks. Yes, people pleasing is a slippery slope and best avoided in favor of truth and candor.
