Never stop changing. If you don't progress towards your goals they way you think you should be, this simply means you need to change what you are doing.
The keys are: measuring your progression regularly and changing your actions as a direct result of how you interpreted the results of your measurements.
It seems simple enough, but many people aren't able to make the connection between measuring outcome results and making specific changes to achieve a goal.
