One day I found myself being very ungrateful. I always complained about stuff and constantly focus on things I don't have. Then one day, it just hit me. I was freaking ungrateful. What I did was starting to practice gratitude every morning since I didn't want to be this negative person anymore. Each morning when I wake up, I name at least 3 things I feel grateful for. This transformed my life in a huge way and since then I feel happier and more in peace. Gratitude is power. Thanks for sharing this. Good reminder for all of us.
