People and time equal experience, and they said "It is the best teacher"
What you learn from time and people is more likely to be retained in the brain than what you learn from a book
Every single moment you spend either alone, with a person, or group of people is a book on its own
In time and people, you get "Experience"
This is why I so much second this popular adage "Experience is the best teacher"
In experience, you learn from people, animals, your past mistakes, successes, and even from a nonliving thing...
And all that you've learned from the aforementioned are like a video catalog in your brain/mind you track passively, voluntarily, and/or reflexly
Indeed, "people and time teach you more than books"
