Even now there are people on the discord server that do care about this and I really think it's still possible to make it work so that everyone would be happy with the end results. Now he's using all of his ill-gotten voting power to (most-likely) self-vote. But it's not just self-voting, it's self-voting at the 6-day mark.
The self-voting is disguised though because it's voting on other accounts like his son @tygergamer. I haven't researched it but I think it's likely that he controls all of these accounts.
You can see all of these accounts here. All of the posts get almost no votes until the posts are 6 days old, then they're all voted on by instructor2121.
They include: @icepack @tygergamer @catenacci0 @healthy-tips @scisteem @factsout @gaming-trail @arena-esports @steem-eat @showflix @cooperacion @gaming-stuff and some others.
