Good stuff. I'm not in Florida, but still good information to have. I figure that I pay for the insurance in case something happens. If something happens, I'm not going to avoid filing a claim just so my rates don't go up. I want to get what I paid for. I don't pay for groceries at the store and then leave them there. I bought them, I'm taking them!

You would be shocked at how many won't file just because they don't see any problems from the ground looking up, or leaks in the home. Even if there are tons of roofing signs in the area, even if they see new roofs going on neighbors houses, it's mind-blowing at times. But it's our job to educate them and let them know, when we are working that we are just trying to help. They just get so scared of the big bad insurance company.
You'd think that if there was a bad hail storm and all the neighbors had roofing signs up that they'd get a clue. Apparently not
