The first scammer got approx 1100 ETH from us (I lost 1 eth to these guys), so please find the instructions for filing for a refund from InsureX if you did lose any ETH to the scammers in the link below...

You have to give them your address, the transaction id (address you sent them to, which you can find by clicking the transaction history - ETH (https://etherscan.io) - and accessing the sent to address there.
I have followed the instructions for accessing the actual tokens from this site, but they are not showing in MyEtherWallet yet, so have sent a request for some support with this, and will update this post with any news/guidance I get.

UPDATE - OK, so I just tried sending the 0 ETH to the original address and got a bad jump error (I also saw some other comments stating the same thing on their Twitter feed).
Will keep you posted on the on-going saga...if anyone HAS gotten their tokens please tell us how you did that!
