I have engaged in long term fasting, I have never 'fasted' for less than 48 hours because I only understood the benefits of ketosis. But what you break down about the hormones is very interesting.
First question - can I still drink coffee and then eat dinner at night? Like will black coffee ruin the fast? (no milk nor sugar obv)
