You should plan activities that you should do to keep yourself busy during detox.
Like skincare, going for walk, calling friends or family members, maybe a meetup, learning an instruments or something that you haven't touched, reading a book, learning stuff from a book or writing handwritten notes.
Play outside with people? Like family...little children in family yknow :p
Board games and stuff...
Cleaning as well ofc... like deep cleaning the house.
