Get better internet ? {Internet Accelerator}

I've heard of several cases of people with Internet Accelerator getting automated phone calls claiming to be from NBN in the last week saying their phone lines need to be switched to NBN before they get cut off....

I’m with Activ8, and every day for the last 4 days I’ve gotten up early to download using our off peak data. And every day the internet has been too weak to do it. It’s okay for me to leave Facebook messages like this, but not enough to download. Anyone else had these issues?
