The Internet is just a system that allows different computers from different countries to communicate with each other by maintaining a rule. However, it will never be possible if it does not follow the specific policy.

Internet

The Internet is a composite combination of different networks. As mentioned earlier, these links are managed by some specific rules, which are called Protocols. These rules are easily communicating across all networks. But all this depends on the huge router infrastructure, Network Access Points (NAP) and computer systems.

Then, to transmit network signals, satellite satellites, thousands of miles wide and hundreds of thousands of wireless router are needed. The combination of so many things that the global system has been constituted can not be limited to anything, the country, the oceans and the mountains after the country is passing through. The blessing of this moving technology can not be restrained by any country's borders. It is connecting hundreds of days to hundreds of networks. It's like playing a mobile snake game, eating and growing. Almost every country in the world now has an internet connection. Everyone in the present world has now been covered by a specific network. Now the question is, who is controlling this huge network? To answer this, welcome to the rest of the tune.

Who is the whole internet owner?

We can say that we have a special entity, which has created a very small system that makes giant Internet available. Now who is the entity of this entity? Is it a control or a lot of people or special groups? What does your mind say? Is it really possible to control a particular person? However, maybe many have hesitated over the question, let's give two options. Let's see if you meet with your idea.

The whole Internet owner-
A. Nobody
B. Many people

If you think the Internet is a collective but single entity and no one owns it. Then there will be a specific organization for it, which controls its structure and work, but they have no ownership over the whole system. The government of any country can not establish ownership on it. Or think thousands of people own it. If you imagine the Internet as the sum of many parts, then many people own a part of the work that is working for its development. Whatever your thoughts, even if you're near, there is a slight difference with the real event. Let's not know what the difference is.

The real owner of the internet

The physical network that transports Internet traffic between different computers is called Internet Backbone. The ARPANET has worked as an Internet backbone or backbone on earlier Internet systems. But now there are various companies working as the backbone of the Internet through router and cable supply. These companies are called Internet Service Providers. Now if a country or anyone wants to get internet access for their own needs, then they must contact the ISP. The best known ISPs or Internet service provider companies in the world are UUNET, Level 3, Verizon, AT & T, Qwest, Sprint, Sprint, IBM etc.

Small ISPs have been created from major ISPs. Those who serve us. It is important to remember that the system that exchanges our computer-to-computer data is called Internet Exchange Points (IXP). Some companies and non-profitable companies control it. Now the word is that each individual ISP has separate internet. Now you are the only person to connect to the Internet with a computer, the internet owner is also you. That means, you own yourself a part of the Internet. Because the entire Internet has no ownership. Although many institutions or governments can establish their own internet system, called Local Area Network or LAN (Local Area Network). However, the utter words are you and I am all of us owning each internet piece. You have claimed to be the owner, now do not you think the question is that how much you took the responsibility of this thing? If you have not taken the responsibility, who will take responsibility for all these things?

Who is responsible for everything?

The human nature is not able to take responsibility for the work while speaking many things over the top. The way you made the internet owner happy, if you give it on the internet, then you will be able to make your point about the responsibility of taking responsibility for you. However, I had already said that the Internet system should be run on some rules that we call protocols. The protocols provide other computer information with the help of a computer internet network. No computer information can be provided in compliance with the protocol. Now if there is no protocol, you must first confirm that you have a compromise for the information you provide on another computer. And you can access the information you send to the right place.

Now the point is that the rate at which the Internet is developing, with the 20th Century Protocol, the 21st Century Protocol or the year with the previous year's protocol will remain the same. These protocols also require improvements in Internet development. That means, someone has to change the rules and rules of the rules. You will not ask anymore, to fix the entire internet structure and protocols, there are many organizations that are sincerely performing their duties. Let's know about them.

The Internet Society: A non-profit organization that works on developing and developing internet standards and policies.
The Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF): This is an international organization with open membership policy and they work on various groups. These organizations utilize skilled manpower for each division by sharing different topics on the Internet. This organization's immense contribution to this organization is immensely contributing.

The Internet Architecture Board (IAB): They usually work on formulating Internet Protocol and defining standards.
The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN): This organization is a private, nonprofit organization that works to ensure that the correct IP address is linked to each domain name system (DNS).
These organizations can do everything for the Internet, but they can never claim ownership of the internet. The real thing is that there is no ownership of the Internet centrally. Although many have worked for its development, so far no one can claim it's ownership.
