Hi Eric Barrows here —well that's my writer/humorist pseudonym at least— in reality I'm a cluster of sentient, self-replicating crystals orbiting the extrasolar planet Dagon (Fomalhaut b) approximately 25 light-years from Sol system. NASA has a few good pics of my neighborhood. :D

I bought a little bit of Bitcoin as far back as 2013, when I first started telecommuting into my local avatar on Earth . Yeah, what can I say, we clusters of self-aware rocks have strange hobbies. ¯|(ツ)/¯
And apparently blockchains have suddenly surged in popularity here on the 3rd Rock from Sol. Go figure.
Not much else to say at the moment. But, I think that the local galactic council has decided not to obliterate all life on Earth... yet. Not because they think humans are cool, they kinda hate you guys— but they just REALLY like cat videos. So keep up the good work Felis catus!
By the way, my local avatar in on your planet looks like this [photo below]

I look forward to meeting lots of cool and interesting blockchain entities here on Steemit. Don't be shy!
Find the others ; the outsiders ;I found myself and also found you!
In one stride, a cheetah can cover 23 to 26 feet (7 to 8 meters).
Hey there, I'm checking back to see your latest blogs. I'm allergic to cats, but I suspect I wouldn't be allergic to you :) What are some of your favorite outdoor activities? I've been winter biking and skiing here in a part of the universe called Minneapolis. So much snow! Here's my new story about our latest blizzard, if you're interested.
