Hello steemians! I can’t tell how excited to be up here!!!
Who am I
I am Sherry from China. I’ve been living in Chiangmai, Thailand for four years. There I work in a boarding international school as a residential advisor. Along with that, I am also a Chinese language tutor and translator and I love everything I do(apart from when I am stressed^^).
Where am I
Chiangmai is such a wonderful place to live. I guess that’s why after four years being living far away from home, under massive pressure of my family, I am still not thinking of moving back home. Don’t get me wrong. I miss my parents and my brother so bad, yet there is something holding me back from Chiangmai..the work? the food? the people?or the view below I am not sure haha.
What am I doing in Steemit
Starting from today, I will be posting mostly about my life in Chiangmai. What is it like to live oversea for a girl who comes from a traditional family? How to fit in a multi-culture community at school? What do I do when I am stressed out? I would also write different things about Chiangmai city itself.
That’s about it for now. It’s my pleasure to meet all of you. :)
