You seem to be quite an accomplished individual for approaching 30 years old. I'm past that milestone already and hope to get a few more things accomplished. Perhaps, I will be able to learn a thing or two from you so my ventures will be successful.
Glad you were able to turn around your business. Also, there appears to be a lot of 💲 in real estate which seems to have availed you. Maybe once I have established more savings, I can look into that as well.
