But why? It's really nothing wrong. As I wrote many times before, if one doesn't think he deserves an upvote (including his own), they shouldn't publish it on Hive in the first place because that would be just a waste of resources.
Imagine an author. Lets call her alice.
Alice creates good content (at least from her perspective, see above, others obviously can disagree).
Alice have 100HP.
There's also charlie.
Charlie creates good content (at least from his perspective, you know the drill).
alice votes for charlie's content.
charlie votes for alice's content.
Thing is that Charlie DGAF about Hive Power and constantly powers down, sells HIVE, buys Alpacas.
Alice rarely powers down, usually powers up. Alice has a lot more HP than Charlie.
It means that Alice has a lot more to say on author rewards allocation.
Yet, Charlie earns a lot of author rewards, Alice does not.

Now, how would you explain to Alice that's cool to be an author on Hive that powers up?
