MY BREAKFAST: DODO AND EGG SAUCE

This morning i just felt like eating egg sauce and plantain so i went to the market to buy ingredients.
Fresh tomatoes
Fresh pepper
Onions
Green peas
Ripe plantain
Carrot
Arish potatoes
Chicken
Crafish
Maggi/salt
Groundnut oil
Curry leaves
Curry/thyme
Eggs
Step1: i sliced the fresh tomatoes, pepper, carrot green peas, onions arish potatoes and set aside
Step2: i whisked my eggs

Step3: I poured the ground oil in my pot, i allowed it to hot a little than i added my onions, i allowed it to fry a little
Step4: i add my fresh tomatoes and pepper images (4).jpg i allowed it to cook for 10mins
Step5: i add my curry/thyme, my sliced ingredient, salt, maggi, curry leaves and eggs images (3).jpg
I allowed it to cook for 5mins and my sauce is ready my sauce is ready
I fried my plaintain and my food is ready
