That's good initiative... I hope you make a post about your quality standards so your followers know what topics they will find at their feed.
Also I want to you to know that followers on steemit are basically useless, the more people you follow the less chance you'll find a post you're interested in out of all of them.
And please don't spam your followers by resteems, I know it's very hard to choose only 5 posts a day to resteem but that's the ideal amount. You can resteem one post every hour or two I think. People who spam my feed don't stay long and overdoing it might cause the whales (if any) followed you mute or flag you.
An idea I can think of to limit the number of resteems is to make curation posts, where you talk about the topics you choose and why you choose them. There are already ton of low quality resteemers and low quality curation post (even my daily picks are low quality by the way.)
Finally I hope you succeed~
AAwwee that is so nice of you @ahmadmanga Well if you check on my blog, I actually don't resteem so much, so far i have just been resteeming 3-4 times a day. And I am definitely gonna make some posts on high quality contents. I don't specifically pick a topic, i would mind more on how the content is done because people here on steemit are diversed. I don't want to resteem topics of my interests only. So long as a post is well done and has good sense, even though it is not something that personally interests me, I am gonna resteem it. though personal interest also plays a bit of a role :)
I hope you support me on this journey @ahmadmanga by letting more steemians get to know Minnowsupporter so that they can also support other steemians and we can make stronger connections here on steemit
That's a great thing!!
But that's why you'll need an announcement post where you put all the standards you use to choice posts detailed & clear way. Resteeming only 4-5 posts a day is a important and I'm glad you reached that conclusion before my reply.
I think your project will benefit curators more that normal readers, because a reader looks for topic they're interested in (me: gaming) but a curator wants to find quality posts even if they're not interesting to them.
Why I'm saying this? You know if someone follows you they want a topic they're interested in to read and they didn't find one of about their niche for 3 days they might dismiss you. Steemit is diverse (and readers are few compared to those who post) so that can happen.
tl;dr have your followers know from the start the kind of posts that you'll resteem. (you did that to me in your reply, but it's better if you made a weekly/monthly announcement)
EDIT: sorry I just read about Feature A Steemit idea in your post now!! It's amazing you thought that far.
