RE: About our Gohan Power Project in Leipzig, Germany

I believe "eating good" can be something like a life time treasure. It's based on my experience. My mother and grandmother showed me seasonal and regional food. After 20, 30 years I enjoy those food more than colored candies, frozen food etc. It's good for the environment and local economy. Of course it's nice to have inspiration from other culture and eat foreign food modestly. I learn other culture by eating their food.

Ja, my idea is still messy. I figure it out by moving the project forward 😊

Well, according to my experiences, "eating good" is quite subjective term. What's good for one may not be so for the other! Taste is deciding factor for many, for some it's health, for others it could be convenience, for some others it's religion or could be principles like veganism, environmental sustainability, conserving local millets or culture, contributing to food diversity, encouraging organic or permaculture cultivation ...there could be several underlying principles and motives. So I wanted to know from the author, what's their objective behind this movement. I mean, what exactly they are trying to preach or inculcate in kids through "eating good".

Thanks for chiming in and sharing your story!

Edit:

Sorry, I didn't recognize you. I only noticed it now that you're the author. ☺️

Good point! I should have remarked that I'm the author of the @Gohan.Power post 😅

You are right. It's quite subjective. We promote common basic "eating good" (local, seasonal + foreign taste to get to know other cultures) and leave the rest open to discuss about it with people around us.
