I will share with you our national dishes and all sorts of sweets.
The world-famous Russian cuisine has always impressed foreigners a diversity and abundance. During its long history Russian cooking has been enriched by a large variety of delicious recipes, many of which have reached our days almost unchanged.
For many centuries Russian art of cookery is unfairly considered barbaric and rude, and his meals were dismissive attitude. But Russian cuisine were not in place, has evolved, took over and transformed the experience of other Nations, continued to create new dishes. The domestic culinary tradition has come a long way before he was formed its main features, which now lead to the delight of many gourmets all over the world.
SOUP WITH PORK
Pork bones - 500 g
Pork - 250 g
Water - 2 l
Potatoes - 2 PCs.
Carrots - 0.5.
Parsley root - 0.5.
Onion - 1 PC.
A large beet - 1 PC.
Cabbage - 1/4-1/3 of a small head
Salt - 1 tbsp. without top
Garlic, parsley - to taste
You may need 1 tbsp. butter
PICKLE SAUSAGE
In a saucepan 2.5 l:
Large potatoes - 1 PC.
Carrot - 1 PC.
Onion - 1 PC.
Cask cucumbers - 3 PCs.
Smoked sausage - 300 g
Rice 0.4 Cup
Parsley - 0,5 beam
Bay leaf - 1 PC.
Salt - to taste
C. M. pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
SALAD "MIMOSA"
Salmon (pink salmon), canned - 400 g
Potatoes - 250-300 g
Carrots - 3 PCs.
Eggs - 4 PCs.
Cheese - 130 g
Mayonnaise - 150 g
Red caviar - 100 g
C. M. pepper - to taste
Sea salt - optional
Fresh greens for decorating
DUMPLINGS "SIBERIAN"
For the dough:
Wheat flour - 600 g
Water (cold) - 300 ml
Chicken egg - 1 PC.
Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
For stuffing:
Pork - 230 g
Beef - 230 g
Onions - 150 g
Water - 4 tbsp
Salt - 2/3 tsp.
Sugar - 1 tsp (no slides)
Ground black pepper 0,2 tsp.
AIR DUCK WITH FENNEL IN THE OVEN
The dry cottage cheese - 200 g
Sour cream - 5 tbsp
Semolina - 3 tablespoons
Egg - 2 PCs.
Butter - 2 tbsp
The leaven - 1 tsp.
Salt - to taste
Dill - 5 sprigs
BAKED MEAT PIES
For the dough:
Flour – 1 kg + podpis
Yeast is fresh – 25 g
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Butter (melted) – 100 g
Chicken eggs – 2-3 PCs.
Water 1.3 Cup
For the filling:
Pork - 300 g
Beef - 300 g
Onion - to taste
Salt - to taste
Dill - to taste
Of sunflower oil to extinguish
Additional ingredients:
Sunflower oil for greasing the pan
Yolk chicken of water - for brushing the pies
