Cerca de las 7:30 a.m el viernes 15 de mayo de 2020 me dirija a comprar alimentos hacia el junquito en un vehículo pick up de pasajero yo estaba de pasajero, en la cabina junto a otras personas , en ese tiempo había escasez de gasolina y tenia mi vehículo en mi casa sin poder usarlo por la situación , en ese viaje corto viví una experiencia la cual se me nublo la mente y lo único que puedo recordar son los vehículos y la carretera . de pronto me despierto de un breve sueno y noto que no puedo moverme completamente solo podía mover un brazo por que me encontraba muy adolorido en el piso de la cabina de la pick up, estaba muy confundido de lo que estaba pasando no se adonde me dirija ni de donde venia, solo me di cuenta que había pasado algo.
Around 7:30 a.m. on Friday, May 15, 2020, I went to buy food for the junquito in a passenger pick-up vehicle, I was a passenger, in the cabin with other people, at that time there was a shortage of gasoline and I had my vehicle in my house without being able to use it due to the situation, in that short trip I lived an experience which clouded my mind and the only thing I can remember are the vehicles and the road. Suddenly I wake up from a brief sleep and I notice that I cannot move completely I could only move one arm because I was very sore on the floor of the pick-up cabin, I was very confused about what was happening I do not know where I am going or where it came from, I just realized that something had happened.
Un conductor es su camión de carga venia bajando por la carretera sin frenos y fue frenándose con la cola para abastecer gasolina en una lado de la carretera, bombeando motos y causando destrozos, termino frenando con el vehículo que yo me encontraba ocasionando un gran choque de vehículos, la ambulancia fue buscando poco a poco a cada uno de los heridos y yo permanecía sin poder moverme . una vez en el hospital me hacen los exámenes y como resultado tenia la clavícula fracturada y 3 costillas rotas
A driver in his cargo truck was coming down the road without brakes and he was braking with his tail to refuel on one side of the road, pumping motorcycles and causing damage, he ended up braking with the vehicle that I was causing a big crash of vehicles, the ambulance was slowly looking for each of the wounded and I remained unable to move. Once in the hospital they do the tests and as a result I had a fractured clavicle and 3 broken ribs
Luego de entender todo lo que estaba pasando me senté a analizar y quede impresionado de la suerte que tenia al estar vivo y que en el accidente varias personas estuvieron heridos de gravedad otros murieron y yo a pesar de mis fracturas estaba muy agradecido con la vida por darme una nueva oportunidad . gracias a esto que me ocurrió pude valorar muchísimas cosas que antes no valoraba como mi salud, tenia que operarme y en medio de la crisis en venezuela era muy complicado operarse en un hospital.
After understanding everything that was happening, I sat down to analyze and was impressed with how lucky I was to be alive and that in the accident several people were seriously injured, others died and I, despite my fractures, was very grateful to life for give me a new chance. Thanks to this that happened to me, I was able to value many things that I did not value before, such as my health, I had to have surgery and in the middle of the crisis in Venezuela it was very difficult to have surgery in a hospital
Un fisioterapeuta me ofreció operarme por 800$ en su casa con materiales llamados ¨alambres quirúrgicos¨ Otro medico me ofreció operarme en un hospital publico pero a cambio tenia que ser el experimento y examen final de un grupo de estudiantes de medicina que tenian que hacer un injerto de cadera por la suma de 3000$. luego fui a una clínica reconocida y me hicieron un presupuesto como si fuera un vehículo viejo me ofrecieron literalmente repuestos chinos con mano de obra en 4000$ sin honorarios y con repuestos alemanes 5000$ sin honorarios. luego de toda esta locura de marketing y precios en ¨OFERTA¨ decidí investigar por mis propios medios .
A physical therapist offered me an operation for $ 800 at home with materials called "surgical wires." Another doctor offered to operate on me in a public hospital but in return it had to be the experiment and final exam of a group of medical students who had to do a hip graft in the amount of $ 3,000. then I went to a recognized clinic and they made me a quote as if it were an old vehicle they offered me literally Chinese spare parts with labor at $ 4000 without fees and with German spare parts at $ 5000 without fees. After all this marketing and pricing madness at ¨offer¨ I decided to investigate on my own
Tomando en cuenta que tenia una separación de fractura de 2,5 cm investigue en youtube experiencias de personas con clavículas fracturadas y pude sacar una conclusión que había una posibilidad de poder regenerar mi hueso fracturado con un inmovilizador de brazo , buena alimentación, reposo absoluto y mente positiva. una vez que empece mi tratamiento personal me asesore con un gran medico especialista y me dio el visto bueno de que si era posible una recuperación de al menos un 90% por que tenia mucha separación entre un hueso y el otro y podía quedar con alguna limitación.
Taking into account that I had a fracture separation of 2.5 cm, I investigated on YouTube the experiences of people with fractured clavicles and I was able to draw a conclusion that there was a possibility of being able to regenerate my fractured bone with an arm immobilizer, good nutrition, absolute rest and positive mind. Once I started my personal treatment, I was advised by a great specialist doctor and he gave me the go-ahead that if a recovery of at least 90% was possible because there was a lot of separation between one bone and the other and could be left with some limitation
luego de 6 meses de tratamiento con el apoyo de mi familia, de comer sano , reposo y practica de un ejercicio mental en el cual me imaginaba mi hueso regenerado y mi brazo con toda su movilidad paso algo asombroso, el medico me dice que hay un tercer fragmento haciéndome puente entre mi fractura de huesos, en todo este tiempo haciéndome placas no había un tercer fragmento dándome la impresión de que el tratamiento había funcionado y efectivamente fue así en la actualidad puedo hacer ejercicios, levantar peso sin tener mayores molestias .
After 6 months of treatment with the support of my family, eating healthy, resting and practicing a mental exercise in which I imagined my regenerated bone and my arm with all its mobility, something amazing happened, the doctor tells me that there is a third fragment bridging my broken bones, in all this time making plates there was no third fragment giving me the impression that the treatment had worked and indeed it was like this. Nowadays I can do exercises, lift weight without having major discomfort.
Para concluir esta experiencia que resumí para que no fuera tan tedioso hacerles llegar este mensaje ,nada es imposible si tu mente lo hace real , nunca te rindas si los demás te lo dicen, tu solo sigue el camino que tu corazón y mente te construyen sin importar los obstáculos que puedas encontrar en el camino .
To conclude this experience that I summarized so that it would not be so tedious to get this message to you, nothing is impossible if your mind makes it real, never give up if others tell you, you just follow the path that your heart and mind build you without import the obstacles you may encounter along the way
