I really like that Apollo camper!
I had a 1978 Shasta 2 axle camper, but it needed a lot more work to the structure than I realized when I bought it. The roof had leaked causing a fair amount of rot in the structure. I ended up selling it again.

Thank you! My Apollo is in great shape. It's getting all new wiring and plumbing hen I just have to make it pretty with some paint and new curtains. My Shasta had a leak too...but I bought it anyway. I plan on restoring it. It will be less stressful since I will have a building to keep them in. I hope you get another one.
I'd like to find a smaller one with a single axle. Not as much weight to pull.
I don't blame you there. My Apollo is a single axle but the Shasta is dual axle. I hope it's not too heavy for my truck.
If your truck has a V-8, pulling the Shasta won't be a problem. My shasta weighed 3400 pounds empty, close to the maximum for a class 2 hitch. The V-6 in my Ford Explorer Would pull the Shasta, but it would be close to it's pulling capacity.
