I feel very proud to find this year we have two excellent leaders from Bangladesh who are awarded as queen's young leaders 2017. The awards are honored by her Majesty the queen. The leaders are part of leading change network of inspirational voices.Lets know about them and why they are selected for the award.
Rahat Hossain
Rahat is functioning to boost Bangladesh’s emergency and disaster relief services through coaching and technology. he's the co-founder of CriticaLink, that trains emergency care volunteers, and alerts them to accidents via a mobile app. Since launching the organisation in 2015, Rahat and his team have trained over a pair of,600 volunteers. The mobile app permits individuals to report accidents and has LED to the rescue of quite more than 1,000 patients in Dhaka up to now. In future, Rahat is hoping to implement Mass relation Incident policies in Dhaka to co-ordinate the readying of the police, firefighters and medical groups in emergency things. Sajid Iqbal
Sajid is honored with the award for his contribution towards the implementation of renewable energy. I like your Col. Sanders story because it reminds me of myself. I am a 77-year-old former 50+ year businessman and I still have dreams and passions of doing something great worldwide. I believe that with the use of technology the humanitarian efforts that we see people endeavoring to do can be expanded through an entrepreneurial designed endeavor. I have some ideas of how these things might be accomplished and as I interact with like-minded people I’ll be looking for the right person, right time, right place.
