The top five things you should know about me before delving into this little introduction blog:
I love wrestling.
I'm a horror movie nut.
I love to read, my husband has often referred to me as a bibliophile.
I am a married female, rude comments will not be tolerated.
I'm a feminist, I believe in equality, and I can be fairly outspoken. I pride myself in having an educated opinion and being aware of others feelings when I speak my mind.
Now that THAT is over with, let's break it down!
So, let's talk about wrestling for a minute. Everyone has their favorite wrestlers, whether old school or new school. I am a fairly new fan, I won't pretend I am not, so my favorites are newer wrestlers. First, my tag team choice is [drum roll please]
The realest guys in the room, the certified G's, smack talker sky walkers, Enzo and Big Cas. There really should not be any question why.
Next, my individual male wrestler favorite is
Babs himself. Finn Balor. He has came such a long way and has really earned his spot on the main roster, I'm really excited to see what he does in Raw.
And finally, my favorite female wrestler
The Boss herself, Sasha Banks. This one was super hard for me. I was so excited when they went from the Divas Champ, back to the Woman's Champ. I feel like calling it a Diva's championship really took away from the fact that they were just as athletic, or sometimes more so, than the guys in the WWE. I also love each female wrestler for individual reasons, and I really like a lot of the ones in the NXT. I'm incredibly happy for Nia Jax and Bayley for moving up to main roster and I LOVE Asuka of NXT. The female division has came such a long way.
Anyway.
I'm this huge horror nerd. It was not always that way, I was pretty typical in my love for rom-coms (which I can no longer stand) and the very vanilla style of movies, I am not knocking anyone who still loves though, but you should know that you are missing out on some of the most amazing film work. Typically I stick to movies in the horror genre that are aesthetically pleasing, think Mario Bava and Dario Argento. I love a lot of Italian work.
Suspiria and Blood and Black Lace are my two favorites of all time, though. I don't shy away from a good slasher, though. I will have to say, if there was a genre that actually scared me it would be the supernatural ones. After watching Paranormal Activity I had to sleep with the hall light on.
Give me suggestions!
I'm not a Trump supporter, I'm an atheist, I hate where I live and wish I could move somewhere that was more accepting. I'm a stylist and love talking about my career (see previous blog post). I'm going to school to be a freelance Graphic Design artist. My favorite author is Neil Gaiman and my most prized possession is an autographed magazine he was featured in. I have a dog named Jasper and a guinea pig named Falcor Dog.
I am a mom to an incredible four year old.
My husband are equal parts bizarre, fun, and scary.
Welcome to Steemit.
I find it interesting you like politics... erm.... uhm.... I mean wrestling.
So easy to mix those two up. They have a lot of similarities.
On the third round I'm going to do this... you do that... then I win. Sound good?
What about you boss? Is that how you want it to go down?
I Know this is not true of all wrestling, I know it does happen on some of the smaller circuits this way (and perhaps larger). It certainly seems to be this way almost all the time in politics.
Welcome to the new place... full steem ahead.
welcome @bambiskyy
AHH! Steemit needs more interesting people like you guys. Upvote for you!
