Ways to include grapefruit in your diet.
- Always remember, it is best to eat your grapefruit in room temperature. You can add it in your fruit salad or even your vegetable salad for a hint of sweetness.
- Instead of using your regular white sugar, try squeezing and using the fresh juice of grapefruit to sweeten your cookies, cakes and breads.
- Use grapefruit juice as your ice cream topping instead of your regular suggary toppings.
