If this best friend of yours is a guy then chances are he likes you.
and the excuse of no luck in love is arrogant towards yourself.
mostly when people are saying this, it comes from a mindset which perpetuates within reality and so you are building walls around yourself, not just mental walls but physical ones.
Also what you define as a relationship is important as well. many people don't even know what a relationship is for. despite being in one.
Married couple's don't even know what a relationship is for
and especially in this day and age people are breaking up left and right because they don't understand what it is all for.
