Hands down has to be Japan. It was just an incredible amount of different foods and so many unique local varieties you don't see much outside of Japan as mentioned above. Ofcourse regular Japanese food you find in the states is great, but once you've had ramen from these tiny Japanese stores that have specialized in Ramen for generations, your ramen world changes.
Also that Kobe Beef UGHHHH it was out of this world. I would go back to Japan just for that again if I had the money haha.
