What's Not Happening With Ripple

in #introduceyourself7 years ago

Recently I started to see an endless stream of posts and vlogs saying Ripple is the next thing, Ripple is going to take off, get into Ripple. So I started to watch and sure enough a few weeks ago, I watched it climb and climb up to 42 cents!

Naturally, as with all fast climbs, there was a pull back and it settled down. But then, nothing.

Over the last 4-5 days, we've seen Monero go up $6, ZCash has climbed back up $20 and of course Bitcoin has been back on the rise at a great pace.

But what about Ripple? This wonder coin, this 'next big thing' has barely moved in the same period.

Now not all coins should go up and down at the same pace. If they did, there wouldn't really be any reason to invest in a range of coins and where would be the fun in that? But if the rest of the cryprocurrencies are putting in some great gains, and Ripple is meant to be so big, why is it stalled?

When do you think Ripple will break out and show us what it can do? Do you think it ever will?

I feel that people are rushing Ripple, please need to remember that ripple stayed around the $0.02-0.04 mark for a rather long while. The next rise will come and ripple is still a great hold. Everyone just needs to be patient.

The general opinion definitely seems to be that Ripple is a great investment and it's time will come. Mostly I'm just curious as to why it has had a very boring week while the rest of the coins have been steadily going up.

It seems to decline as BTC goes up and vice versa.

Even I'm holding and waiting when will it go up! I'm expecting it would. @boopie

Hopefully we'll see some activity soon!
