- Im 24 years old and live in the Mid-West
- I learned about steemit from listening to Greg Mannarino @marketreport
- I like investing in physical silver, mine shares, and real estate
- I follow World Events and current happenings ( F*@k mainstream media )
- I just bought 4.5 acres ( my first purchase in real estate )
- I follow the NBA, BPL
- Libertarian (Ron & Rand Paul fan)
- Space intrigues me

Welcome Bullionaire, and congratulations on your recent land purchase. My brother and I wish to do the same.
Might i suggest you look on county websites for properties that the county has taken over for non-payment of taxes. Some times you can score plots of land for a steal!
I picked up 8 acres here in southern Iowa for $29,500. It is timber ground, so it was cheap. Tillable farm ground can sell for around $10,000 an acre.
