As introductory posts go @edetebenezer you nailed this one, with picture and text you introduced yourself very well - and I appreciate when people are honest and open. Here on Steemit it is hard when you start out, for months I would create posts that earned little or nothing - Steemit is an open public blockchain so you can visit my blog and scroll back to my very first posts. To grow you have to build a community, follow as many as you can, upvote and comment on their posts - comments mean so much to every creator on Steemit when you comment it reminds them about you and that they should look at your work. I found you on @guidesteemit discord https://discordapp.com/channels/374566683920171023/378634654837899265 and you asked the question why do people not upvote for upvote - it is a good question - the simple answer is people upvote when they want to upvote - and they need to see good content to wish to upvote. The best way though to get support and upvotes is to comment on the posts you enjoy - every blog poster on Steemit loves receiving a comment - and will always do their best to look at your work when you comment on theirs.

Thanks for the complement but i wasnt the one that asked the question, I answered the lady that asked the question that steemit is a community best enjoyed when people comment and like your post willing and this will make the continuoisly come back for more once your content is legit and interesting.
