Actually, simply "man-child" is a better suited and honest description~
I came here to use this platform primarily as a tool for self-improvement. I’m an extremely lazy, indecisive person with short attention span which makes it hard for me to change for the better. So I figured as part of my new year resolutions I’ll start a blog here and write about things I learn or changes I try to make in my life. This includes changes to how I think about and perceive the world around me, new habits I strive to acquire and old habits I try to drop, my struggles to take control of my laziness and procrastination etc. Even more so, I can share a lot of experiences on how I cheat the system and avoid any form of improvement. All those tools and techniques that were supposed to help me... Well, they didn’t stand a chance against my powers of lazy xD I think that writing about it will force me to research and apply these changes in my life more thoroughly and might even help me to "stick to it" for a longer period of time.
I’m also learning Japanese language (self-taught) and often use multiple resources to find information on a certain topic, so you can expect content on learning Japanese as well. The sources I use differ in what I call “comprehension difficulty”, that is to say while some sites prefer an entertaining and easy-going approach, other provide information in a rather dry, technical way, while at the same time explore given topic more deeply. I’m sure that writing about things that I learn will help me get comfortable with new concepts and might help someone else in their studies. I’ll be providing links and sharing all kinds of content to aid my fellow language learners~
Overall, I think that if a year later I can look back at my first posts here and cringe horribly — then I will be sure that something has changed in me, hopefully for the better :D
Now, I’m not really comfortable posting my pic here yet so you’ll have to look at my fancy kitty for now :P Plz don't me mad~ Although how can you be mad, she's so majestic :D
