Hi,my name is Cristina,I am 30 years old and I was born near the sea in a small town in Romania.
Growing up was not easy for me but that just made me stronger and motivated myself to find true happiness,purpose and balance in life by always asking questions and not settling for anything less than what I truly wanted.I finished Law School and Psychology and currently I work as a Personal Trainer and Life Coach
I am here to try to inspire others to find a more happier and balanced life through my lessons learned so far, so I promise you that this is just a short introduction about who I am and what i`ve been through!
Of course I will also post a lot of food recipes for your body and soul to feel great(take note that I am a pesco vegetarian), tips to keep your body strong and healthy by getting your a** up and start moving and my travel journeys ! I`ve learned a valuable lesson this year which at first seemed selfich but after a deeper analysis made a lot of sense.You must be the most important person in your life,you must first help yourself and put yourself first in order to be strong enough to help others around you!It makes sense because even if we would love to help everybody if we are not in a good place ourselves our help will not have the power to make a huge difference !
That been said I can wait to start this new journey and explore the possibilities that lay ahead!
