Oh no, no conclusion here, a never-ending lesson! Haha! Mealworms for protein? You are slightly more hard-core than I. Although I did consider cricket flour for baking, until my kids overheard me and freaked out that they would not eat anything I baked for fear I was sneaking it in. Hehe-always keeping them on their toes, right?
As for nutrition helping with creativity? Abso-freakin-lutely! I know it helps with my mindset, and a clear mind is just begging to create, so yeah!
Btw, enjoyed your "Negativity Zone". I'll have to learn how to post audio and upload some of my old band's originals. Just for fun. Thanks for commenting!
Thanks for the feedback on my music. I have nearly uploaded my 3 albums and will start on all my singles next. They are all very different than that one. :-)
Good, organic (and when possible bio-dynamic) protein really does make a huge difference!
I think because, for example, every chicken looks the same people think that the cheaper ones are fine. The fact the what the animal eats affects it's own health and therefore the nutritional content of the meat is hardly ever discussed.
It's a pretty sad world when companies can create "fake food" using chemicals to trick our brains too. I'm actually writing a song about that at the moment and one of the lines is: "the are selling us slow murder"!
