I'm delighted to become a positive, active member here on Hive.
I hope that we all can connect and create long-lasting friendships.
I love sports, mostly Basketball and Football. I played sports in school decades years ago and was pretty good not to toot my own horn but, I was a Star. Due to an injury, I was not able to continue the path of going Pro. After graduation, I had to earn my keep. Coming from a family with 4 brothers and 3 sisters I had to work hard for everything that I wanted because I was the youngest of 8 kids. This has made me stronger and it kept me humble.
The Pandemic forced the company that I worked for 17 years to shut down causing over 300 families to search for new ways to make money overnight. It was devastating but, I started a Handyman Service business and was blessed with an overwhelming workload and 3 new employees. We were getting call after call and making decent money until one day I was driving and out of nowhere, a Dump truck t-boned my truck.
2 years and 3 surgeries later I was forced again to find a way to support my family so. I started selling items on Amazon and Ebay that I scored from the thrift stores. My wife ex-wife left me and It almost killed me. But, I'm a fighter and a leader so kept going and that has led me to begin to get to know myself again.
Answer- I'm still trying to figure it out.
Why Am I Here
I'm here to extend my family, grow mentally and financially. In return, we will grow into a massive force with a plethora of resources. We will all benefit when every Bee does their part and that's what I'm good at doing. We are living in a stressful time for many and there's plenty that we can do to help. I will help organize different events and Fundraisers so that we can help those that are in need.
I'm excited to be part of the Growth and Development of the Hive community and to meet with people from all over the world with similar interests and passion to bring value to all we may come in contact with.
I really look forward to sharing my experiences both old and new with you all and thanks for reading my post I can't wait to grow with you all.
