Let me tell you what you actually love : Money , that's all !
A lot of fellow Steemers have addressed this matter but I feel I a different angle on it, so here it is :
The usual bitching topics -
"Why I did not receive at least a $200+ payout on my wonderful , 3hrs+ in the making , post ? "
"Why do Whales up-vote so much women posts"
"Why does a single Whale have such a big influence in contrast of the other 100+ Minnows that have up-voted too."
INTRO :
Ladies and Gentlemen : you are here like you where on Reddit , Facebook or any given social platform before and have the same rights.. in fact it's even better :
You may write anything about anything you want in a anonymous and uncensored social platform.
Yes - censorship does not work on a block-chain social networks like Steemit and I am a bit surprised I did not find as much otherwise censored content around here to be honest , maybe in time...
Only THAT should be enough for you to be happy, period !
Anybody bitching about low payouts , sexist whale patterns or unbalanced up-voting power should remember that you are part of an ecosystem , and in any given ecosystem there is a top of the food ( voting power ) chain :
So called "Sexist" and "overpowered" : Our Whales
WHALES CATCHING :

Very simple : You want to catch a whale ? You must have what it takes to feed it , AND some luck !
Those big whales have needs for delicate food and have feeding times... it is statistically getting harder and harder to lure one but fear not : The best form of success is happiness !
Be happy , be yourself and you will do just great on Steemit !
Offtopic : Thank God Steemit has arrived .. or else nobody would have given the whales ( The real ones ! ) any...

WHALES AND THE PRETTIER SEX :

The Whale up-votes too many ( idiot ) chick post ?
Whale population is formed from an overwhelming men-whale percentage
Now : you cannot be angry because men-whales tend to easier vote female content.
Do remember that behind every men-whale education was a... women ! ( no offense )
Anyways : it will all straighten itself out , think about it : men-whales are basically up-voting woman-minnows into a woman-dolphin population in a matter of weeks.
Guess what is going to happen next : All your "under appreciated" Art , Love , Relationship , Life , etc posts will be up-voted and rewarded from a more sensitive audience : The Women-dolphins.
Just wait for it , it is going to happen , all good things require patience.
WHALES - Voting power :

Let's start from the beginning .. how did the whales became , ehmm : whales ?
Simple : these were the first , the first investors , the first people that made Steemit what it is today.
Where were you when Steemit was just a 1000 people gig ?!
Yes , whales can up-vote a post in such a fashion that renders 500 minnows votes almost invisible or : oh boy when one down-votes !
Your post instantly goes from a " normal post " to a "great post " or on the later case to a " invisible post "
This is partially true : The , lets say , 500 votes are there and means you had a good content and that your content was viewed by those Steemit users , if all else fails : you made a small impact and lured in impressions , votes and comments.
Do not take it personally if no whale has voted your content , or if you got a down-vote from one.
The Steem Power amount does not represents one's character , it just represents the value of a given account, that's all.
( no offense... again ! )
Bottom line : Too many people regret the things the have NOT done, don't let Steemit be one of them.
PS : My Ninja-Rabbit told me my post might look a bit sexist ( yes I do ask her what she thinks about some posts before posting )
